Effective Date: 9 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, and participation in, any session, program, workshop, event or digital product provided by Heartful Global (“Heartful Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, accessing or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them before you buy.
If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
These Terms apply to all Heartful Global offerings, including:
• Private one-to-one healing and coaching sessions
• Group programmes and multi-week courses
• Online workshops, masterclasses and live calls
• Digital products, including meditations, recordings, audio and downloadable materials
• In-person events and retreats
• Any combination of the above, whether delivered online, in person or in hybrid form
Our offerings are designed for adults aged eighteen (18) and over.
We welcome young people under eighteen in offerings that are suitable for them, provided that a parent or guardian makes the purchase, gives written consent, and accepts these Terms on their behalf. For one-to-one sessions, a parent or guardian must be present or immediately contactable.
We will state at the point of purchase whether an offering is open to under-18s. Some involve subject matter intended for adults.
4.1 Fees
All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Prices may be listed in Philippine Pesos, US Dollars or other currencies as specified at checkout. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees or transaction fees applied by your payment provider.
4.2 Deposits
Where a deposit is required to reserve a place, that deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is applied toward the total fee.
4.3 Payment Plans
Where we offer the option to pay in instalments:
• You are committing to the full fee, not to individual instalments
• A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled part-way through
• The full fee remains payable regardless of how much of the programme you attend or complete
• Ceasing to participate does not release you from your remaining payments
Your installments may be collected through a third-party payment provider. Cancelling that payment authorisation, or allowing it to lapse, does not cancel your agreement with us and does not reduce what you owe. Where automatic collection stops for any reason, we may invoice you directly for the balance.
If a payment fails or is missed:
• We may automatically retry the payment
• We will contact you to let you know
• You agree to provide updated payment details on request
• We may suspend your access while a payment is outstanding
Cards expire and payments fail for ordinary reasons, and our first step will always be to get in touch. Where an account remains unpaid after we have written to you and given you a reasonable opportunity to bring it up to date, the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.
We reserve the right to recover unpaid balances, including reasonable costs of collection, to the extent permitted under Philippine law. We would always rather talk with you first. If you are struggling, please tell us.
5.1 Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Because our offerings involve digital content, immediate access to intellectual property, limited places and live delivery:
• No refund is given once access to a program, product or recording has been granted
• No refund is given for sessions or calls you do not attend
• No refund is given for a change of mind
5.2 Rescheduling One-to-One Sessions
If you need to move a private session, please give us at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice and we will do our best to find another time. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours' notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered and are not rescheduled or refunded.
We ask for this not to be rigid, but because the time is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice.
5.3 If We Cancel
If we cancel a session, programme or event, you may choose a rescheduled date, a credit toward another offering, or a refund of the amount you paid for the cancelled item. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us, and does not extend to travel, accommodation or other costs you may have incurred.
Please read this section carefully. It is the most important part of these Terms.
Heartful Global provides complementary wellbeing, energy healing and coaching services. These are educational and supportive in nature.
We are not medical or mental health professionals, and nothing we offer is medical care. Specifically:
• We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or psychological illness or condition
• We do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional or pharmaceutical advice
• Nothing we say or provide should be understood as a medical opinion or as a reason to change your treatment
You must not stop, delay, reduce or alter any prescribed medication, therapy or medical treatment on the basis of anything shared in a session, program or product. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional about your care.
If you are living with a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant, or are receiving treatment of any kind, we ask that you speak with your treating physician before beginning work with us, and that you continue under their care throughout.
We make no guarantee of any health outcome, symptom change or result. Individual experiences vary widely and depend on factors outside our control. Any account of another person's experience, whether shared by us or by a past client, is that person's experience only and is not a promise of what you will experience.
If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your doctor or local emergency services. Our services are not a crisis or emergency service and we cannot provide urgent support.
You acknowledge that:
• You take part voluntarily and remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing and care
• What you get from the work depends substantially on your own engagement and circumstances
• You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and for any action you take following participation
• Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between us
Please tell us if you would like to pause or stop at any point.
Our spaces are built on safety and mutual respect. In group programmes, workshops and events, you agree to:
• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abuse or disruptive behaviour
• Refrain from promoting your own services or soliciting other participants without our permission
• Refrain from giving medical or clinical advice to other participants
We may remove any participant whose conduct compromises the safety or wellbeing of the group, without refund.
For in-person events and retreats:
• You are responsible for your own travel, insurance, visas and, unless expressly included, your accommodation and related costs
• You agree to behave respectfully towards other participants and facilitators at all times
• You take part in all activities at your own risk
• We may remove a participant for disruptive behavior, without refund
Where an event is cancelled by us, Section 5.3 applies.
Group calls and workshops may be recorded so that participants can catch up. Where a session is recorded, we will tell you. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off and stay unnamed.
Recordings remain our property. They are shared with participants for personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, forwarded or posted.
You may not record, screenshot or otherwise capture any session, call or material without our written permission.
All materials we provide remain the intellectual property of Heartful Global, including:
• Course and programme content
• Meditations, audio and recordings
• Workbooks, worksheets and written materials
• Frameworks, methods and processes
• Exercises, practices and the sequence in which we teach them
• Modules, programme structure and curriculum design
• Original ideas and concepts developed by us
• Branding, names and visual identity
• Spoken and written teachings
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own benefit. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, republish, teach or adapt them, or use them to create a competing offering, without our written consent.
11.1 Your Account and Portal Access
Your account is personal to you and is for one person only.
You may not share your login details, give anyone else access to your account, or allow another person to view, download or work through any part of a program using your access. This applies whether or not money changes hands, and whether the other person is a friend, family member, colleague or fellow practitioner.
Where we find that an account has been shared, we may suspend or withdraw access immediately and without refund, and we may charge the full program fee for each additional person who has used it.
11.2 Copying, Teaching and Reselling Our Work
You may not copy, reproduce, teach, adapt, resell or otherwise commercially use our exercises, modules, programs, curriculum or original ideas, in whole or in part, whether presented under our name or your own.
11.3 What Happens If You Breach This Section
Where you breach any part of Section 11, we may terminate all of your access with us immediately and without refund.
This includes your portal account, every programme, class, meditation and recording you hold with us, and any lifetime access you have purchased, including material unrelated to the breach. No refund is given for any part of what you have paid.
You acknowledge the reason for this. Our portal gives continuing access to the whole of our work, and we have no practical way to monitor whether copying has stopped once it has begun. Withdrawing access is the only means available to us of preventing further copying. You agree that termination of all access is therefore a reasonable and proportionate protection of our intellectual property, and not a penalty.
We also reserve the right to pursue any other remedy available to us under Philippine law.
What is shared in our spaces stays in our spaces.
You agree to keep confidential anything shared by another participant, and not to repeat, record or post it. We treat what you share with the same care, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
This obligation continues after your programme ends.
We may need to break confidentiality where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else, or where we are required to disclose by law or a lawful order.
We may end your participation, without refund, if you:
• Breach these Terms
• Harass, abuse or endanger another participant or facilitator
• Breach confidentiality
• Infringe our intellectual property
• Fail to meet your payment obligations
Any outstanding balance remains payable. You may withdraw at any time, though this does not entitle you to a refund or release you from an agreed payment plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss
• We are not liable for any decision you make, or fail to make, following participation
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, epidemics, government restrictions, travel bans, power or internet failure, or serious illness.
In these circumstances we will reschedule, or deliver the offering in an alternative format, wherever we reasonably can.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Updated Terms are published on our website with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before starting any formal proceedings, we both agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter directly. Please write to us first, and we will do the same.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms stated at the point of purchase, form the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier discussion or representation.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
If anything here is unclear, or you would like to talk something through before you buy, please get in touch.
